Are you passionate about books, community, and island life? The Hog Hammock Public Library on beautiful Sapelo Island is looking for a part-time Library Manager!
We're seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to lead our little library and serve the wonderful Hog Hammock community. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in a special place.
Open the library and welcome patrons (currently 2 days a week, with potential to grow!)
Help people find the books and resources they need.
Plan fun programs and events for all ages.
Become a vital part of the Sapelo Island community.
We're looking for someone who:
Loves working with people.
Has experience in customer service (any kind!).
Is organized and reliable.
Is ready for a unique island adventure!
No library experience? No problem! We're looking for the right person with the right heart.
Details:
Part-time, 19 hours/week.
$15.00 per hour.
Ferry transportation provided by the Georgia DNR.
